Why would I even consider hiring a re-entrant?

  1. You should consider hiring a re-entrant because a working re-entrant has a much lower chance of committing another infraction. This may be a benefit to one or more individuals, but also a community as a whole.
  2. Depending on your specific circumstances, your company may receive federal, state or local tax benefits for hiring a reentrant. We’re doing more research on this issue and when we  have more information, we’ll post it “here”.
